From the A38 between Exeter and Plymouth, take the Totnes exit (A384). Follow this road to Totnes (about 7 miles), then continue through the town, following signs to Paignton.
As you leave Totnes and cross the River Dart, turn left towards Newton Abbot (A381).
About 1.5 miles along this road you will see the turning to Littlehempston on your left, immediately after a pink cottage on your left.
Post Cottage is the first (the only) cottage in this lane, about 300 yards down on the left.
There is plenty of parking on the opposite side of the lane by the garage.
If you are approaching from Newton Abbot, the turning to Littlehempston is about 7 miles from Newton Abbot on your right, immediately after a large pub (the Pig and Whistle).
